Product

Are your products made in the USA?

Yes. We only sell products made in the USA. Our shirts are manufactured in Beverly Hills, CA. All printing and is done in Jacksonville, FL. This complies with the FTC's guidelines found here: https://www.ftc.gov/business-guidance/resources/complying-made-usa-standard

How is the quality of your shirts?

Excellent! We use Airlume Combed and Ring-Spun Cotton that's engineered to create the softest, smoothest tee you’ve ever felt. Learn more about our premium shirts here.

How is the fit of your shirts?

Our manufacturer goes to unheard of lengths to perfect the fit of every garment in every size. Rather than doing generic size grading, they cross-reference every body type, every height, and every weight to ensure our fit reaches the largest audience possible - and at the same time, never once do they ignore the nature of tailoring or contouring.

When do you restock?

We are constantly restocking as items get low on inventory. We're launching new colors soon but still learning what colors customers would like. Please let us know!

Orders

Can I change something about my order and/or cancel it?

Once an order is made, no changes can be made. Including the item(s), and/or personal information. So please be sure of your size, color, and make sure to provide the correct address before placing an order. No cancellations are allowed at this time. 

What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect address?

You will be refunded for the order in the form of a gift card, minus the shipping fee and $5 processing fee.

Shipping

How long does it take for my order to ship?

All orders ship in about 24 hours.

Is expedited shipping offered?

Yes. You can select expedited shipping methods at checkout.

How can I track my order?

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will then receive your tracking information, but please allow time for the tracking information to update.

Is a signature required for delivery?

We do not require a signature for delivery.

Returns

What is your return policy?
  • The returned item must be unworn and in new condition.
  • The return must be received by Reagan Supply within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
  • We do not accept returns based on customer's change of mind.

Is there a fee to return my order?

After receiving the returned item, Reagan Supply will issue a refund for the value of the item less the shipping costs.
